# Kết chuyển xác định kết quả KD

Phần mềm sẽ sinh ra các bút toán kết chuyển số dư của các tài khoản từ đầu 5 đến đầu 8 sang Tk 911 để xác định kết quả kinh doanh trong kỳ.

### Khai báo bảng tài khoản kết chuyển

Khai báo cần chi tiết đến những yếu tố nào (Khách hàng, phòng ban…).

### Chọn tháng/năm hạch toán

Không được bỏ qua bước này.

### Tạo và kiểm tra bút toán kết chuyển

Ấn **Xử lý** và kiểm tra lại các bút toán kết chuyển trước khi chọn **Đồng ý**.

### Kết chuyển lại

Chỉ cần lặp lại quy trình trên, khi bấm **Xử lý** phần mềm sẽ tự hủy KC cũ.&#x20;

Bạn có thể bấm vào nút Xem/Hủy để xem lại kết quả kết chuyển và hủy thủ công.
