# Phân bổ chi phí trả trước

### Bước 1: Chọn giao diện nhập liệu

Tại màn hình nhập dữ liệu chọn loại chứng từ: Khoản chi phí trả trước / Phân bổ khoản chi phí trả trước.

### Bước 2: Phân bổ

* Điền thời gian chứng từ phân bổ vào ô **Ngày**.
* Tại ô Khoản CP ( khoản chi phí trả trước) ① : tích chuột vào ô Mã/ Tên.
* Bấm F6 để gọi ra Danh mục ( phần mềm sẽ hiển thị các CP còn được phân bổ trong kỳ).
* Cụm chức năng ②:
  * **Ctrl + A**: đánh dấu toàn bộ các khoản CP.
  * **Ctrl + Z**: bỏ đánh dấu toàn bộ.
  * **Ins**: đánh dấu 1 khoản CP.
* Sau khi đánh dấu xong tắt bảng Danh Mục.
* Bấm **Lưu** để hoàn thành phân bổ.
