# Thêm tên người ký trong Phiếu in/ Báo cáo

## Thêm tên người ký trong phiếu in

### Truy cập màn hình nhập liệu

Truy cập vào phần mềm, chọn **Nhập liệu** để vào màn hình nhập liệu.

### Chọn loại phiếu in

Tại ô **Phiếu in**, bấm **F6** để hiển thị danh sách các loại phiếu in có trên phần mềm.

Chọn dòng loại phiếu in cần thêm chữ ký, bấm **F2** để sửa.

Bấm **Sửa FRX** để bắt đầu sửa phiếu.

### Sửa phiếu in

Khi bảng sửa phiếu in hiện ra, tích chuột trái vào nút chữ **A (label)** trên thanh công cụ. Sau đó di chuyển tới vị trí cần thêm chữ ký, kéo thả để tạo ô chứa chữ ký.

Click đúp vào ô mới tạo và điền tên người ký, sau đó click chuột ra ngoài để lưu.

### Lưu chỉnh sửa

Sau khi thêm tên người ký, bấm **Ctrl + S** để lưu lại chỉnh sửa.

Do đã chọn file sửa từ trước nên khi bấm **Ctrl + S**, chỉ cần bấm **Save** và **Yes** để hoàn tất quá trình lưu.

Sau khi lưu xong, quay ra màn hình **Sửa phiếu in**.

Bấm **Upload FRX lên Server** để hoàn thành việc cập nhật dữ liệu lên SQL.

## Thêm tên người ký trong báo cáo

### Truy cập giao diện sổ sách báo cáo

Truy cập vào phần mềm bằng User có quyền sửa báo cáo, chọn giao diện **Sổ sách báo cáo**.

Tại giao diện sổ sách báo cáo, chọn báo cáo cần thêm chữ ký, sau đó tích chọn nút 4 màu.

### Chọn thêm tên người ký

Tích vào nút **…** để vào đặt chữ ký.

### Đặt chữ ký

Copy cột **Tên** sang cột **Tên người ký** để lấy mẫu về khoảng cách giữa các chữ ký.

Để nguyên phần **#** và số, ví dụ **#40**, chỉ sửa phần chữ thành tên người ký.

Sửa xong, tích chuột sang ô khác rồi tắt bảng.
