# Hướng dẫn cài trạm phần mềm EFFECT EFFE

## Bước 1: Reset trạm, tạo thư mục cài đặt

### Mở thư mục cài đặt phần mềm

Tại máy chủ, ngoài giao diện Desktop, bấm chuột phải vào biểu tượng phần mềm và chọn ***Open file location***.

### Chạy file Setup

Trong thư mục cài đặt phần mềm, chạy file ***Setup***.

Bấm lần lượt theo thứ tự:

* ➀: Kiểm tra thông tin (bấm kiểm tra xong thì chưa kiểm tra sẽ chuyển sang kết nối thành công).
* ➁: Tích vào chỉ tạo các file khóa trạm.
* ➂: Bấm tiếp tục để di chuyển đến bảng Reset trạm.

### Reset trạm

Sau khi tắt bảng, phần mềm sẽ thông báo ***xong***.

### Lấy thư mục cài đặt trạm

Quay lại thư mục cài đặt ban đầu, mở thư mục ***WS***.

Copy thư mục trạm sang máy trạm cần cài.

## Bước 2: Cài trạm

Copy thư mục trạm vào ổ cứng máy trạm.

### Tạo shortcut

Mở thư mục trạm sẽ có 1 file ***EFFECTV105*** và 1 file ***ws***.

Bấm chuột phải vào file ***EFFECTV105***, chọn ***Send to*** rồi chọn ***Desktop*** để tạo shortcut làm việc nhanh.

### Chạy trạm

*Lưu ý*: *Trước khi chạy trạm cần đảm bảo kết nối mạng lan hoặc trạm internet để có kết kết nối giữa chủ trạm của phần mềm kế toán.*

Quay ra màn hình chạy trạm bằng cách click đúp vào biểu tượng phần mềm.

Có thể đổi tên shortcut ngoài Desktop thành số trạm để dễ quản lý.
